By accessing or using ElectroDesk ("the Service"), operated by Sirfress Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users of ElectroDesk, including free plan users, paid subscribers, and any staff members added to an account.
To use ElectroDesk, you must create an account with a valid email address and verify it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. In cases of suspension, we will notify you by email where possible.
ElectroDesk offers the following plans: Free, Starter, Business, and Enterprise. Each plan has defined limits on products, shops, users, and features. Full details are available on the Pricing page.
The Free plan is available indefinitely at no cost. Features and limits apply as described on the Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify Free plan limits with reasonable notice.
All paid plans are billed monthly. Each billing cycle is one calendar month from the date of activation.
When a paid plan expires, you receive a 2-day grace period during which you retain access to your account. After the grace period, your account automatically falls back to the Free plan. No data is deleted during this process.
Private voucher codes (beginning with "ED") may be issued by Sirfress Technologies at our discretion. Vouchers are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be combined. The plan and discount applied by a voucher are set by us and cannot be modified by the user.
Your plan is activated upon confirmed receipt of payment. For mobile money payments, confirmation may take a few minutes. If a payment callback fails, contact us with your transaction reference and we will resolve it manually within 24 hours.
We do not offer refunds on subscription payments once a plan has been activated. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using the Service, contact us and we will work to resolve it or offer an extension at our discretion.
We may change our subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 14 days before any price change takes effect.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into ElectroDesk — products, sales records, customer information, repair tickets, and expenses. We do not sell, share, or use your business data for any purpose other than providing the Service.

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against any suspected violations, including account suspension or termination.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account closure, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless you request earlier deletion.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms of Service. We will attempt to notify you by email before doing so, except in cases of serious violations.
ElectroDesk is provided "as is". While we work hard to ensure reliability and uptime, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sirfress Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of ElectroDesk shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice within the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
