Do I need to install anything?
No. ElectroDesk runs entirely in your browser. Open it on any device — phone, tablet or computer — and it works.

How long does setup actually take?
Most businesses are set up and recording their first sale within 10 minutes of signing up. The onboarding wizard walks you through every step.

Can I try it before paying?

What if I have multiple shops?
Business and Enterprise plans support multiple shops under one account. Each branch has its own inventory, staff, and reports, with a combined view across all.

Is my data safe if I downgrade?
Always. Your sales history, customer records, repair tickets and products are preserved regardless of your plan. Nothing is ever deleted when you downgrade.

Can my staff use it too?
Yes. You can invite staff and assign roles — Owner, Manager, Cashier, Technician. Each role controls what they can see and do in the system.
