The story

Built to solve a real problem

"Most business tools are either too complex, too expensive, or too rigid. I wanted something powerful, flexible, and easy to use — so I built it."

ElectroDesk started with a simple observation: small and medium businesses across Kenya — repair shops, salons, chemists, retailers — were managing their operations on paper, WhatsApp, or fragmented spreadsheets. The tools that existed were either built for enterprises or locked behind expensive subscriptions that didn't fit their reality.

As a developer, I saw the gap and decided to build something different. A system that is powerful enough to run a serious business, simple enough that no training is required, and flexible enough to work for any type of business — not just electronics stores.

ElectroDesk is the result of that decision. Built from scratch, continuously improved, and designed around how real businesses actually work.
